why deep diaphragmatic breathing?

Diaphragmatic breathing helps slow your heart rate, lower blood pressure, and reduce feelings of anxiety. It’s especially helpful in moments of stress or when you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Practising regularly can also support long-term resilience and relaxation.
