This 90 minute course delivered via Zoom looks at the crucial role of stress in mental health and teaches a range of practical Self-Care techniques.

This stand alone course is suitable for you whether or not you have taken one of our other courses.

Practical techniques covered in Behavioural, Physical, Social, and Psychological Self-Care include:

    • Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing
    • Progressive Muscular Relaxation
  • Sleep Hygiene Stretches
  • Positive Distraction
  • Mindfulness
  • and many more…

We also look at processing Trauma and explore helpful and un-helpful interventions in processing trauma.
