The rise of antisemitism powerfully affects the whole community. Many are now experiencing heightened levels of stress, alongside ongoing worry, fear, and anxiety. A number of people have been deeply affected by some of the recent shocking attacks and are dealing with the resulting trauma.
In this Zoom, we’ll learn about the effects of stress and trauma on wellbeing and the significant impact they can have on peoples mental health.
We’ll seek to understand how best to respond, and will explore a range of simple yet effective stress-management self-care techniques:
